What are the responsibilities and job description for the Safety and Security Rep Friday-Sunday Overnights position at KVC Health Systems?

Pay Rate:
- $18-$21 per hour depending on education and experience
- Weekday Differentials of $3.00 for evening
- Weekday Differentials of $2.00 for overnight
- Weekend Differentials of $2.00 for evening and overnight are provided in addition to the incentives listed above
Shift available is Friday-Sunday from 11pm-7:30am which is a Part-Time with benefits position.
Experience Requirements:
At least one year experience in a behavioral health setting or related field, focused on serving individuals through the use of trauma informed care. Experience engaging individuals in a behavioral health crisis preferred.
Education Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work/Services, Human Services, Education, Criminal Justice, Criminology or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
The Safety and Security Representative for Camber Mental Health (CMH) assists direct care staff as needed with meeting patient needs, activities and responsibilities, all while modeling safe and positive behavior and using effective problem-solving skills.
