What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter position at KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING?
The Painter is required to maintain the internal areas of the building without neglecting the external parts being part of the Maintenance Team.

Keep storage areas and carts well stocked, clean, and orderly.
Complete all required forms and work orders.
Routinely inspect common areas to ensure they are kept clean and in an aesthetically pleasing condition.
Maintain assigned equipment in good working order.
Report all maintenance items including but not limited to burned out lights, leaks, broken equipment to the Building Maintenance Department.
Observe necessary precautions to protect residents, guests, and property, and report damage, theft, and found items to supervisors.
Properly use new equipment and follow safety procedures before using this equipment.
Position requires exposure to outside weather and conditions. Moderate noise level.
Ability to work with and around chemical solutions
Ability to reach with hands and arms.
Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as needed, fulfilling the functions of the job.
Ability to repeat various movements with wrists, hands, and fingers.
Expected Work Hours
Work days and hours will be determined at the job site. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company.
Minimum One (1) year of working in grounds maintenance or janitorial work.
Must have the ability to react to and address all emergency situations in a timely manner.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Employee reports directly to department supervisor.
