KX Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to lead the Materials Compliance Database Project.Job Requirements
- Organize and evaluate material compliance documentation
- Partner with purchasing to ensure material compliance requirements are met
- Partner with EHS to ensure maintenance of updated MSDSs
- Communicate with vendors to obtain updated compliance documentation
- Audit material compliance for all parts
- Support building compliance database
- Other duties as needed
Professional and Technical Skill Requirements
Must Haves
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Understanding of Change Management and Document Control
- Bachelor’s degree, technical field preferred
Would Like To Haves
- Knowledge of Access Database, Epicor, or other database
- Knowledge of, or interest in, drinking water treatment technology regulations and standards
