Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Provide exceptional service to clients by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues related to insurance policies.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed on insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients and ensure they make informed decisions.
- Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring prompt resolution and assisting with any documentation or follow-up needed.
- Client Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively reaching out to ensure their needs are met and identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage or products to clients, ensuring they have the appropriate insurance for their personal and business needs.
- Billing and Payment Support: Assist clients with billing inquiries, payment processing, and premium-related questions, ensuring seamless payment experiences.
- Customer Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, documenting client interactions, policy changes, and service requests.
- Product Recommendations: Help clients assess their insurance needs and provide tailored product recommendations based on their unique circumstances and coverage gaps.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all customer interactions, policy changes, and documentation adhere to regulatory standards, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest insurance products, tools, and customer service techniques.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and consistent client experience, coordinating efforts across all areas of the agency.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma (required), Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, account management, customer service, or related field.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Property, and Casualty Insurance License (Required): Or the willingness to obtain within 60 days of employment.
