As an HR Technology Analyst, you will be a critical member of the HR Technology team, supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR systems and partnering closely with the HR Technology Administrator. You’ll help ensure employee data is accurate, secure, and up to date, while also assisting with reporting, audits, and vendor coordination. Responsibilities

    Serve as a key contributor to the HR Technology team, supporting the HR Technology Administrator with troubleshooting, planning, execution, testing, and auditing activities.

    Maintain and update employee data across HR systems (e.g., ADP/WFN, iCIMS, Trakstar), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data privacy standards.

    Conduct regular audits of employee records and partner with HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

    Collaborate with HR team members and business partners to process employee data changes and ensure timely, accurate updates.

      Engage with vendors to troubleshoot system issues, support configuration needs, and assist in the development of custom reports.

      Make recommendations for system enhancements and identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.

      Respond to routine system-related inquiries and troubleshoot basic issues (e.g., login problems, data entry errors).

      Assist in preparing and distributing standard and ad hoc reports using Excel and system reporting tools.

      Support invoice reconciliation and vendor coordination for HR technology platforms.

      Participate in testing and validation of system updates and enhancements.

      Help create and maintain documentation for system processes, including user guides and training materials.

      Provide administrative support for recurring HR processes such as Open Enrollment, Performance Reviews, and Compensation Cycles.

      Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.

      Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education & experience.

2–5 years of HR, Payroll, or Data Analytics experience.

Proficiency with HR technology applications.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of HRIS maintenance. ADP/WFN a plus.

MS Office experience required, leveraging Excel for advanced reporting options (VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables, etc.).

Aptitude for process improvement and willingness to recommend new ways of working more efficiently.

Well organized with expert attention to detail and effective follow-up skills.

Self-starter with a strong understanding of HR processes and operations.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build strong relationships, and become a trusted partner to stakeholders.

Ability to assist in resolving production issues and identifying root causes.

Basic knowledge of HR and data compliance requirements and regulations.

Ability to understand and anticipate impact for dependencies across multiple systems and workflows.

Ability to assist in the development and maintenance of guides for end users.

 

 

Preferred:

Prior knowledge or expertise in using ADP and/or iCIMS.

Ability to generate, translate and present on reporting from all systems.

Experience supporting a multi-state employee base.

 

 

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for prolonged periods.

Ability to use office equipment that involves repetitive hand movements and fine motor skills, such as operating a computer keyboard.

The typical pay range for this role is $71,000-$88,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
