Industrial Construction Manager

Location: San Antonio, TX (with travel required)

We are looking for an experienced Construction Coordinator to lead large-scale equipment installations, relocations, and demolitions across multiple North American manufacturing sites. This role will be based in San Antonio, TX, with approximately 30% travel required to other facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee industrial equipment projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with contractors and project leads, managing resources and performance across multiple sites.
• Create and maintain project estimates, schedules, and reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Project.
• Ensure safety compliance and effective problem-solving during project execution.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and off-shifts as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in construction project management and supervision.
• Mechanical and basic electrical knowledge of industrial machinery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Project.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and stakeholders, maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Experience in industrial construction, with a background in skilled trades (preferred).

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, with potential weekend/holiday work.
• Occasional travel to support projects at other sites in the US, Mexico, and Canada.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $33.65 - $40.53 per hour
