The JOB:
As a Seasonal Food & Beverage Server Assistant/Busser you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Bussers provide assistance to the servers to ensure our hotel guests, as well as our local community, have enjoyable and meaningful dining experiences.
The Server Assistant/Busser is responsible for
Maintain clean and orderly service areas and complete side work duties.
Setting and resetting the dining tables.
Overall Cleanliness of the restaurant before, during and after service.
Keep service station stocked and prepared to ensure an efficient service.
Remove dishes, glassware and silverware from tables after each course.
Carry dirty dishes from service station to dish room and return with clean stock.
Polish silverware
Empty trash cans
The F&B Busser is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!
