Creative Copywriter

We're L&L Collective, and we're looking for a pretty awesome copywriter to join our team.

We are a small but mighty full-service marketing agency who loves to think big, work hard, and dream. We believe life comes before work, always. And we are hoping you do, too!

We are growing and looking for the right person to grow with us. Sounds like it could be you!

What we’d love for you to have:

• You're someone who can take ideas, thoughts, or notes and make them freaking awesome.
• You love social media and writing fun captions.
• You have an understanding of all the social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• You are able to write for different voices—a large retail brand all the way to a life coach.
• You love to think creatively when it comes to email writing, website copy, blog writing, social posts… basically everything!
• You aren't afraid to change processes or bring big ideas forward.
• You're comfortable presenting in front of clients.

Experience you have:

• 1-5 years experience in a related role, or you have the drive to learn and grow!
• Examples of social, email, and website copy you've written.

More about the role:

• A contractor able to give 8-10 hours a week. As the company grows, this can be evaluated.
• Pay range: $25-$35/hour depending on experience
• Primarily remote, with occasional team in-person days in Dayton, Ohio so the ability to commute to Dayton is ideal. 
• You will be required to provide the necessary tech resources (computer, etc.) to complete this job. We will pay for all necessary software.
