Shop Service Writer - Up to $1500 Sign on Bonus!
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Hours
Schedule: Varied Shifts
Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour with higher pay based on experience
Job Summary: The Shop Service Writer is responsible for providing a high level of customer service at L&M Supply’s repair shop parts counter and will be responsible for scheduling and tracking the service and repair activities of the Automotive/Small Engine Repair Shop. The Shop Service Writer will be the liaison between the shop technician and the customer and will order parts, assist customers with special orders, provide sales assistance, POS functions, and be responsible for the overall coordination of the shop operations.
