SUMMARY |
The Inventory Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory within Elemis’ systems and supporting the business to optimize inventory.
This person works closely with the warehouse in ensuring all inventory on hand is of good quality and available to be transacted upon.
They work with the sales teams to agree plans on slow moving / excess inventory.
They also manage an associate position and oversee all systematic processes involving inventory such as transfers orders and inventory adjustments.
ESSENTIAL REPONSIBILITIES |
- Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory within Microsoft D365 by investigating and correcting discrepancies between ERP and the warehouse’s inventory report
- Investigates expiring inventory and shares findings with other departments to maximize use of these items
- Initiates all manual inventory adjustments such as kit building and consignment inventory transfers
- Creates all new SKU codes within Microsoft D365 in the US entity. This person must ensure all information is correct such as dimensions and pricing.
- Monitoring Inventory Cycle Counting at DC
- Creates and Shares accurate and actionable reporting on Inventory Excess and Obsoletes
- Gives updates to Sales Teams and Leadership in weekly / monthly S&OP meetings
- Reconciliation of inventory at consignment locations
- Owner of the US Demand Review (S&OP) Presentation
- Manage Supply Chain Associate

QUALIFICATIONS & CHARACTERISTICS - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
- Previous experience with Microsoft D365 or similar ERP preferred
- In depth understanding of operations and supply chain required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Must be a team player, good communicator, and reliable

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
