What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Specialist position at L&R USA?
The Customer Service Representatives will be team members of the Customer Service Department responsible for providing quality customer service with compassion and care and accurate processing of incoming orders. A summary of the job duties include, but is not limited to, answering incoming telephone calls and processing orders for custom and standard sized items in a fast paced environment.
The successful candidates will have 1-3 years of prior customer service experience, preferably in the health care field but not required. We are seeking a candidate who is dedicated to providing superior customer service in a team environment utilizing technology.
The Customer Service Representatives will be working extensively with our internal computer system, as well as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat. Progressive advancement track available for motivated go getters!

These are hourly positions with a starting rate of pay of $12-$14/hr depending upon experience. The successful candidate will be available to work full time, 40 hours, scheduled with a set schedule between the hours of 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday. Benefits available for this position include paid time off, medical and dental insurance, long-term disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
