Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Multiple Part-Time OpeningsL&T Residential | Level 2 Adult Residential FacilityL&T Residential is a Level Two Adult Residential Facility providing care for up to four adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to create a safe, supportive, and compassionate home environment where residents can thrive.We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for three distinct part-time positions. Applicants may apply for one or more roles based on availability and qualifications.DSP Responsibilities (All Positions)Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, hygiene, and mealsProvide supervision, companionship, and emotional supportSupport daily routines and community integrationPerform light housekeeping and laundry related to resident careFollow care plans, house guidelines, and documentation requirementsOpen Positions1. Overnight DSP (Weekend Coverage)Availability Required: Friday through Sunday (overnight)Provide overnight supervision and ensure resident safetyComplete required overnight checks and documentationMust be able to work independently during overnight hours2. Weekend DSP (Saturday & Sunday – Community Outings)Availability Required: Saturday and SundaySupport residents with community outings and activitiesMust have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to drive residentsComfortable supporting residents outside the home3.
