Manual Lathe Operator

Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CNC machinery and possess strong technical skills to operate and maintain equipment effectively.

Duties

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to fabricate parts as per specifications
• Program machines using CAD/CAM software
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished products with micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot issues with the equipment and make adjustments as needed
• Work with logic controllers to control the machining process

Requirements

• Proficiency in operating CNC lathe machines
• Experience with programming and setting up CNC machinery
• Knowledge of using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming
• Ability to fabricate parts using a lathe machine
• Nice-to-have: Experience with press brake machines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
