L Zimmerman Enterprises is looking for an Experienced Auto body technicians for our busy repair facility.
This is a full-time position with a Monday thru Friday work week. No Saturday hours. We offer a competitive pay plan based on experience. We offer paid holidays and vacation.
Professional experience with Auto body Frame repair are needed. We offer training to the right person.
ICAR Certs or equivalent a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Perform auto body repairs and restoration on vehicles, including but not limited to: dent removal, frame straightening, and panel replacement
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed
- Utilize airless paint spraying techniques to ensure a smooth and even finish
- Repair or replace auto glass as necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the repair process
- Collaborate with other technicians and mechanics to complete repairs efficiently and effectively
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of auto estimating, auto painting, and automotive repair techniques
- Proficiency in using various tools and equipment required for auto body repairs
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as needed
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills
Note: Certification in auto body repair or completion of a vocational training program is preferred but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
