What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Services Lead position at La Crosse Area Family YMCA?
The Member Services Lead is responsible for creating a friendly, helpful, positive atmosphere for all members in our facility. This is an hourly position working Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
Responsibilities:
- Act as lead member services staff in all situations.
- Greet all members and guests and address all member concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
- Sign up new members, register for programs, give building tours, and more
- Ability to react in emergency situations
Key Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a customer service-oriented position
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Accurate money handling experience with a high level of confidentiality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Microsoft and Google Suite knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
