Responsibilities:
- Invoice Management:
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information.
- Payment Processing:
- Monitor incoming payments and verify discrepancies.
- Process payments and update accounts accordingly.
- Collections:
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and conduct collection efforts.
- Communicate with customers regarding payment terms and disputes.
- Account Reconciliation:
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts.
- Reporting:
- Generate reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and collection performance.
- Analyze trends and provide insights to management.
- Customer Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate collections.
- Address customer inquiries and issues related to billing.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the finance and sales teams to resolve payment issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or finance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
