Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and caring Cardiovascular Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Cardiologist in conducting tests on patients’ pulmonary and cardiovascular systems. Your responsibilities will include performing EKGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and other tests to evaluate patients’ cardiac activity. The ideal candidate works well under pressure and is dedicated to providing the best possible patient care.
Responsibilities
- Examine patients and review their medical histories
- Monitor vital signs and patient comfort during tests
- Conduct a variety of cardiovascular and pulmonary systems tests
- Use database software to document patient information
- Consult with other physicians regarding each patient’s care and recovery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Completion of the Cardiovascular Technician program
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods, lifting, and pulling
Compensation: $60.00 per hour
