Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief Nursing Officer to join our team! As the Chief Nursing Officer, you will oversee all aspects of the nursing department’s daily operations. You will supervise nurse managers, manage administrative workers, and implement strategies to improve patient care. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a deep understanding of best practices in both nursing and administration.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement short and long-term success strategies for the facility’s continued success
- Identify and address the facility’s weaknesses
- Provide leadership and foster engagement of nursing personnel
- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and hospital administration
- Promote the hospital’s vision, mission, and company values
- Research and implement new approaches to improving patient care
- Evaluate, track, and report on company performance and goals
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Chief Nursing Officer is preferred
- The required licensing/certification to perform this role
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Extensive knowledge of clinical risk management and healthcare technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of health care policies and regulations
Compensation: $600.00 per day
