What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deli Prep Food position at La Plaza Supermarket?

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare necessary food items by following standardized operational procedures.
- Use different kitchen equipment.
- Handle cutting equipment.
- Oversee the quality of the products prepared prior to selling/serving to customers
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food handling, food preparation role required.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly preferred Safely use food handling and sanitation chemicals and equipment to maintain department cleanliness standards and local, State and Federal agencies regulations and requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the cyclical nature of the grocery industry, team members are required to work varying shifts and schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, which reflect the Company's operating requirements.
