Landscape Foreman

La Rosa Landscape Company is a leading provider of high-quality landscaping services. We are dedicated to creating beautiful and sustainable outdoor spaces for our clients. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team and lead our landscaping projects to success.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a crew to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Execute landscaping projects, including planting, irrigation/lighting, hardscaping, and/or maintenance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and machinery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor project budgets and manage resources efficiently.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure all work meets company standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Certification in landscaping or horticulture is a plus.
