Job Description: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Furniture Delivery Drivers at our Lakeland Distribution & Corporate Center in Lakeland, FL. As a Furniture Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition. This dynamic position involves a rotation of responsibilities prepping, driving and delivering furniture to our customer's homes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare furniture for delivery. Including building casegoods, wrapping furniture for transport, and loading the furniture onto the truck.
- Safely and efficiently transport La-Z-Boy furniture to customers’ residences.
- Providing top level customer experience as you deliver and set up the furniture in the customer’s residence.
Position Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Ability to lift heavy items, often exceeding 100 pounds.
- Possession of a valid Florida License.
- Full-time availability
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Applicants for this position must be able to successfully pass a drug test.
