Join our Facilities Management team in Madison, WI, and become a key player in keeping our operations running smoothly. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you’ll tackle hands-on challenges, solve problems on the fly, and contribute directly to a healthier world through your work. Essential Duties: Perform complex corrective and preventive maintenance tasks across our facilities Troubleshoot and repair engine-powered equipment, vehicles, and low-voltage electrical systems Interpret blueprints and conceptual drawings to construct and repair projects Document maintenance actions accurately in our facility monitoring systems Collaborate with staff to plan and execute repairs and improvements Procure materials and manage tools and equipment with care Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience in facilities or maintenance Solid understanding of general maintenance tasks and tool usage Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills Experience with maintenance management systems Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
