The RCM Systems Support team is highly respected within the corporation as the team is innovative, rich in technical skills and knowledge, and supportive in providing technical solutions and/or tools to help improve processes and performance across all areas of Revenue Cycle Management. The Senior Programmer Analyst is an important part of RCM Systems Support and will have the opportunity to expand RCM Systems Support knowledge.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and maintain ETLs using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Design and maintain SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports
- Relational model Database support (design/modification)
- Design, develop, test and deliver applications ensuring user needs are met
- Technical documentation
- Database Disaster Recovery
- Manipulating and processing large volumes of data
- Performance tuning of Relational model Database
- Self-motivated, work in a multi-team environment, and provide 24/7 on call on a rotating basis
- Troubleshooting servers (Windows Server 2003 to 2013)
- Lead technical training and migration of applications utilizing ETL tools
- Manage priorities appropriately, meet deadlines, and satisfy commitments
- Perform other tasks, as assigned
- Strong leadership capabilities to lead a technical team to resolve complex problems or create efficient solutions
REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive knowledge and at least 5 years’ experience with Microsoft SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS, SSMS) – 2008-2012
- ETL development tools is a plus
- Experience with database and data structure design (Vision for ERD/UML)
- Experience with JAVA, JQuery, and JavaScript nice to have
- Solid understanding of Web Architecture, SOA and middleware interfaces (HTML5, JSON, CSS)
- Some knowledge of Cache, CICS, Reflections, MySQL, Object Script Coding (VBScript, VB.Net), C#) PowerShell, Visual Studio/TFS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in writing functional and technical specifications, coding and testing programs
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
- Prior experience in health care fields is a plus
- 10 years programming experience
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years programming experience
Pay Range: $77,002 - $125,500
