Job Summary

Duties
- Lead the development and implementation of educational programs that align with institutional goals.
- Collaborate with faculty to design and evaluate curriculum, ensuring it meets accreditation standards.

- Monitor student performance metrics and implement strategies to improve academic outcomes.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for faculty to enhance their teaching skills.
- Engage with students to understand their needs and gather feedback on educational experiences.
- Oversee academic policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with institutional regulations.
- Represent the educational division in meetings with stakeholders, including university administration and external partners.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree or higher in Education or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in higher education teaching, with a strong understanding of educational methodologies.
- Background in education administration, demonstrating leadership capabilities within an academic setting.
- University experience that includes direct interaction with students and faculty.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
