Lactalis Heritage Dairy, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Dairy Invoice Planner based in Tulare, CA.
The Dairy Invoice Planner will support our dairy operations team. This role focuses on tracking dairy shipments, coordinating invoicing activities, and ensuring accurate data entry in Excel and SAP. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills and basic experience in Excel and ERP systems.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Track dairy shipments and maintain up-to-date records using Excel.
- Communicate with dairy suppliers to collect and verify invoice details.
- Collaborate with customer service to help create and process customer invoices.
- Perform weekly cycle counts and inventory checks in SAP.
- Monitor and review outstanding invoices and update status reports.
- Create and maintain purchase orders as needed.
- Support general administrative tasks related to dairy supply planning and invoicing.
Requirements

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree a plus.
- 1 year of experience in an administrative, invoicing, or planning support role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, tracking tools).
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
