Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Laibe Electric | Facility Management & Service Division

Laibe Electric is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Coordinator to support our growing Facility Management and Service teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and smooth financial operations. For Laibe Facility Management:

• Enter daily credit card receipts into the accounting system
• Prepare and issue monthly invoices
• Make monthly collection calls and follow up on outstanding balances
• Manage job setup and transfers in the accounting system
• Review daily time records for accuracy

For Laibe Service:

• Invoice Time & Material (T&M) customers on a daily basis
• Track and manage the status of service calls throughout the billing process
• Support the Accounting Supervisor with assigned projects and tasks

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with internal teams and external customers
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficient with computers and accounting systems
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

• Five (5) years of accounting experience or a college degree in business/accounting
• Experience in the construction or service industry is a plus
• Working knowledge of sales tax regulations preferred
