**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional experience from the showroom to vehicle delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Utilize dealership resources, including CRM systems, to follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Stay informed about the latest Ford models, financing options, dealership promotions, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless customer interactions and services.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and regulatory standards.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven track record of successful sales in a high-volume environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
