The Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting our Marketing and ECommerce teams through a variety of valuable tasks, including leading brand campaigns, developing the Picky marketing calendar, expanding our influencer program and being our central lead for all Picky innovation launches - just to name a few! The Associate Marketing Manager reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing and works closely with the Marketing Team, the Ecommerce Team and Logistics Teams. The successful candidate is extremely detail-oriented, proactive in their follow-through, and passionate about building relationships and developing an exciting career in marketing at a top-notch brand!
This position will be based in Boulder, Colorado with a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Lead the revenue growth and brand development of the Picky Bars brand
Oversee day-to-day campaigns and ensure brand consistency
Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
Manage the Picky Bars website and email content
Support expansion of the brand into retail distribution
Content creation for social media
Work with brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly
Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
Work with the CX team on aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
Create & Oversee the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives
Expert-level reporting and analytics skills, with the ability to make the numbers tell a story and interpret metrics for executive-level stakeholders.
Requirements:
Previous experience building a brand on social media (food experience a plus)
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field - nice to have
Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
Strong design and computer skills (google analytics, creator studios, social media platforms, google docs)
Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
Flexible self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, detailed oriented and emotional intelligence
Effective time management and organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous projects/processes often under tight deadlines
