Business Office Manager

We are looking for a Business Office Manager to work in our financial office at our skilled nursing facility (SNF).  The Business Office Manager must be professional, pay attention to detail, have excellent people skills, and have the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities include :   complete admission data, balance and maintain resident fund and petty cash, obtain authorizations from Managed Care Companies, meet with residents and their families to discuss their financial obligations, assist residents in completing and submitting Medicaid applications, submit invoices to AP for payment
