Requirements:

- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Kentucky or a multistate compact state. ">
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification (or obtain within 90 days). ">
- Current American Heart Association ACLS certification (or obtain within 6 months). ">
- Pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days. ">
