Job Summary:
The Support Services Representative II works to service and support all departments at LMCU. This position is responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries.
Responsibilities:
Support other departments and all levels of management with inquires (i.e. Locating missing packages, answer mailing questions, OnBase support).
Responsible for sorting, collating and accurately distributing all incoming mail and courier into bundles for scanning or delivery to agreed drop off points as appropriate in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
Accurately log, track and record all mail transactions on appropriate spread sheets.
Collect all outgoing mail from mail points for collection, and collate and frank mail for collection by agreed deadline.
Preparation, inputting and naming of mail for scanning and uploading into OnBase.
Accurately archive the appropriate correspondence sent-in from external and internal customers.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Preferred Education & Experience:
Under one year of similar or preparatory experience.
A high school degree or equivalent
Knowledgeable of office automation products, word processing, spreadsheet, e mail, personal computers, PC operating systems, peripheral equipment, etc.
Must be able to work and travel independently and use general office equipment.
