What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN Clinics position at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center?
Administers nursing care in an outpatient facility or clinic under the supervision of a registered nurse. Participates in the delivery and evaluation of patient care. Ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a registered nurse or clinic leader.
- Requires an associates degree from a state accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
- Two (2) years Licensed Practical Nursing experience in a medical practice, preferred but not required.
- A current Licensed Practical Nursing license valid in NC, required.
- BLS certification required
