What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian position at Lake Park Audubon Public Schools?
Qualifications: Familiar with cleaning/sanitizing procedures. Must be able to run vacuums, floor scrubbers, shampooers, snow blower, tractor and attachments, and ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals. Must be organized and capable of working independently.
Position Summary: Cleaning, assisting with activities requiring equipment/set up. Assisting staff with daytime and after-school hour requests. Maintaining grounds, outdoor concession and restroom building. Assisting with building projects and renovations. Custodian will wear a radio at all times during school hours and during events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.35 per hour
