Lake Regional Health System is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Physician Services team at our hospital campus located in the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks area. Key Responsibilities Develops and maintains profiles of open opportunity descriptions for purposes of marketing opportunities with physician and APP candidates. Author and post all advertising for open opportunities on physician and APP websites, health system website and journals as requested by Director of Physician Services. Make use of hospital approved and contracted physician and APP databases by sourcing for candidates and making initial email contact under the direction of the Director of Physician Services. Assist with candidate interview process as needed to include telephone coordination with candidate and hospital. Assist with the facilitation of the site visit for the physician or APP candidate and spouse/family. This may include, but is not limited to, making arrangements for travel, lodging, meals, and welcome gift, developing itineraries for physician and spouse and providing transportation, as needed. Should also be able to greet and transport physicians and APP when necessary and with professionalism. Assists with the documentation necessary for the completion of the pre-employment process, as needed. This may include, but is not limited to references, background check, license verification and other screening as needed. Assists with candidate reimbursement process for incidental expenses incurred by candidate or spouse. Assist in the negotiation of contracts and/or pricing with physician and APP recruitment related entities. This would include, but is not limited to, contracts with hotels, recruitment websites, travel companies, local restaurants and moving companies. Assist with physician and APP relocation, as needed. Develop and manage the physician and APP orientation process upon successful hiring of a physician or APP candidate. Manage the physician and APP employment contract component of the hospital contract management systems. Qualifications/Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Computer savvy Annual influenza vaccine required. Additional certifications may be required for this position and will be coordinated by Lake Regional as a part of your ongoing training and development.
