Lakehead Constructors, Inc. is seeking a full-time Billing Specialist for its office in Superior, Wisconsin. The Billing Specialist will have strong organizational skills and will be detail-oriented in order to effectively manage customer billing, including: utilizing construction accounting software (Viewpoint Vista) to produce customer billings primarily for time and material projects, entry of billing information into customer platforms such as Fieldglass and TRACK, assist project managers and other team members as needed.
The Billing Specialist needs to have strong communication skills to interface with customers including reviewing and explaining billings.
Qualifications:
Two-year technical school degree in Accounting or related field and / or three years’ experience in construction billing environment. Experience with Viewpoint Vista or similar construction ERP software is preferred.
Pay is commensurate with education and experience.
