What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intake Advocate position at Lakes & Prairies Community Action Partnership Inc?
JOB FUNCTION : This position will provide initial screening, application assistance, and referrals to households in need for a wide array of CAPLP programs including Head Start, homeless prevention, homeless services, and economic empowerment programs.
Provide support to all Divisions and communicate with program community partners.
