Lakes Region Community Services (LRCS) is hiring several Family Managed Employees (FMEs) to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders. FMEs provide Direct Support to one individual for one family, and are managed by the family. The individuals have a variety of needs and requirements.

Positions are located across Belknap County and Southern Grafton County. Job Title: Family Managed Employee
Job Location: Laconia, New Hampshire
Hours: 12 to 24 hours per week
Primary Responsibilities: Providing direct support to an individual with disabilities within their home.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
· Hands on assistance with all aspects of personal care including but not limited to: showering, toileting, incontinence care, oral hygiene, and hand hygiene.
· Hands on assistance with personal grooming activities such as brushing hair
· Provision of reminders for toileting
· Hands on assistance for eating
· Meal planning
· Tracking meal and fluid intake
· Planning and provision of activities
· Monitoring for safety and wellbeing
· Completion and timely submission of monthly documentation
Additional information:
Hours and schedule are flexible. The minimum number of hours per week is 12 and maximum number of hours is 24. Schedule and hours per week will be agreed upon by the employee and the family during the hiring process.

Job location: Barnstead/Gilmanton/ Surrounding area
Job description: Seeking an enthusiastic, kind, patient person interested in working with a thoughtful individual with a disability. This position is part-time with flexible hours and is home/community based working in Barnstead, Gilmanton, and surrounding area. Reliability and willingness to learn is key.

Rate of pay: $20 per hour to start, plus benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job location: Gilford, New Hampshire
Job description: Wonderful opportunity to provide support person for an adult individual with disabilities. The successful candidate will be able to engage the individual and provide support to the individual in family home and out in the community. Some activities could include, but are not limited to: walking, music therapy, shopping, Special Olympics, and going to fairs.
Job duties:
· Support with activities of daily living
· Provision of transportation for community activities
· Reporting on progress made on their goals
· Support with making social connections within the community
· Support with participating in community-based activities

Rate of pay: $20 per hour
Hours: 17 hours per week
Job location: Laconia, New Hampshire
Job description: Exciting opportunity to provide support person for an adult individual with disabilities. The successful candidate will be able to engage the individual and provide support to the individual out in the community. Some activities could include, but are not limited to: hiking, golfing, bowling, basketball, music therapy, and going to museums.
Job duties:
· Provision of transportation for community activities
· Reporting on progress made on their goals
· Support during volunteer activities
· Support with social interactions and making social connections within the community
· Support with participating in community-based activities
Requirements
Valid NH Drivers' license, reliable vehicle, and agency-determined minimal motor vehicle insurance coverage are required. Satisfactory completion of background and applicable pre-employment physical capacity screening checks also required. We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
