We are looking for a Resident Care Aide to join our team and provide compassionate care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with the elderly and be able to assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, housekeeping, and medication management. The Resident Aide will also be responsible for providing emotional support and companionship to our residents. Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
- Observe and report changes in resident behavior or condition.
- Help maintain a safe and secure environment for residents.
- Assist with recreational activities.
- Ensure that all medications are taken as prescribed.
- Document resident care in accordance with regulations.
