We are looking for a hard-working individual with previous maintenance experience to help with the upkeep of one of our apartment complexes. A professional resume with extensive work history must be included to be considered.
This position comes with base compensation that is based on experience and will be between $16-$24/hour.
The responsibilities that are listed below are not all inclusive; however, they are indicative of the type of responsibilities normally performed by a member of the Maintenance Team:
JOB DUTIES
- Responding to resident work orders
- Cleaning and renovation of vacant apartments for new move-ins
- Light plumbing
- Painting and drywall repair
- Light electrical work
- Light carpentry and flooring repair
- Able to fix standard apartment appliances: Fridge, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Maintain positive attitude when under strict deadlines
- Able to pass Background Check and Drug Test
- HVAC Certified (preferred but not required)
- Valid Driver's License with proof of insurance
- Flexible Availability Needed
- You will be required to be on call at all times
- Must have own tools
COMPENSATION
- Base hourly rate between $16-$24 per hour
- Opportunity for onsite living at the property with partial rent concession after 30 days of employment (~$5,00/year /-)
- Employee Retention Bonuses - $100 after 30 days / $200 after 60 days / $500 after six months / $1,000 after twelve months
- Additional compensation opportunities to be identified following achievement of above milestones
- Full Ancillary Benefits Package (vision, dental, life, etc.) (~$800/year /-)
- Above figure does not include age-based benefits such as Critical Illness or Long-Term Disability coverage
