What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Access Support position at Lakeshore Community Health Care?
Lakeshore Community Health Care is looking to fill a full-time Patient Access Support position in Sheboygan. This person should be experienced in scheduling patient appointments, checking patients in, performing accurate data entry of information & for coordinating communication and care as it relates to patient flow. The candidate should be a critical thinker, detail-oriented, and extremely organized with the ability to concentrate on multiple tasks with frequent interruptions. High confidentiality is required along with the ability to work with a diverse population. Strong communication, computer operation, reception work, and customer service skills are required, preferably in a medical and/or dental facility.
Experience with electronic medical records strongly recommended; in EPIC would be highly preferred. Bi-lingual strongly preferred.
