We are currently seeking Massage Therapists for our Lincoln Park and Downtown Locations.

Responsibilities
- Communicate and service clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Discuss options with clients to determine the individual needs of each client during consultation
- Provide customized massage therapy services, through a variety of techniques that meet the clients’ needs based off consultation
- Offer exceptional customer service and educate clients with treatment plans detailing products, services and treatments that encourages client retention
- Initiate, develop and maintain personalized relationships with clients
- Serve as an expert in muscle and body analysis and maintenance
- Maintain Lakeshore Sport & Fitness appearance and cleanliness
- Uphold the Lakeshore Sport & Fitness Mission, Vision and Core Values
Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma or GED
Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:
- Appropriate State/County/City Massage Therapy License
Experience:
- Two-years massage experience in professional environment preferred
- Knowledge of body treatments preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics:
- Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, and professionalism to internal and external customers
- Remain current on certifications and new trends in the industry
- Represent oneself professionally in dress, hair and make-up
- Continue to demonstrate technical ability of an exceptional caliber
- Maintain the cleanliness of the massage therapy rooms
