What You'll Do:
- Coordinate the hiring process of all corporate hourly personnel. Work with the hiring manager in placing ads, screening applicants, interviewing, and making final recommendations to management.
- Maintain and administer the hiring and on-boarding processes in our EC system as well as conducting 30/60/90 engagement meetings.
- Work with business process owners/functional leads to ensure HRIS data is maintained accurately on an on-going basis.
- Assist with testing for new releases of the HRIS prior to use in a production environment.
What You'll Bring:
- A two year Associate Degree required, Bachelor Degree preferred, and three or more years of previous Human Resources experience preferred.
- Prior functional experiences working with HRIS systems preferred, experience with SAP Success Factors a plus.
