We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our restaurant's smooth and efficient operation.
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as needed
- Ensure all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored
- Empty trash containers regularly
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or culinary role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety guidelines
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
