About the Role:
Lakshmi Distributors LLC/ C-Store Master seeks a highly motivated Picker Packer to join our team at HQ, AL01. As a Picker Packer, you will ensure accurate and timely packing and shipping of products to our customers. You will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure all orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Experience operating a forklift or other warehouse equipment
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack products for shipment to customers
- Ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Picking and packing stock into boxes based on daily orders
- Picking and packing efficiently
- Organizing and separating picked items to minimize damage
- Properly utilize the system to pick items according to procedures
- Tracking and documenting shipment arrival and departure times
- Monitoring product quality
- Keeping products properly organized
- Filling customer orders timeously
Skills:
As a picker-packer, you will use your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
