Open 7 days a week, we offer services such as natural nails, acrylic, gel x, facials, waxing, brow threading, and lash extensions! Qualifications
- Experience being the first person of contact in an office setting
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling operations
- Strong background in verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated ability in team management
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Familiarity with retail sales and marketing strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong interpersonal and Team building skills
- Previous experience in salon or retail management is a plus!

LaLa’s Salon & Spa’s Receptionists:

- Oversee daily operations of the salon
- Work closely with Manager to assist with workflow.
- Create interpersonal relationships with the clients.
- Detail oriented.
- Experience with Excel, Google Office, Shopify, Vagaro, and Clover Are a plus!
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Manage marketing and promotions.
