Lalos Tex-Mex is a lively and vibrant restaurant located in Montgomery TX, serving bold, creative takes on classic Tex-Mex favorites. From our signature cocktails and margaritas to our sizzling plates, we pride ourselves on delivering great flavor, great vibes, and fast, friendly service.
We’re currently seeking experienced servers who can jump in with confidence, keep up with a fast-paced environment, and provide top-tier service with a smile.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, fast, and knowledgeable service to every guest
- Guide guests through the menu, specials, and drink offerings
- Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system (Toast)
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure orders are correct
- Check in regularly to ensure an excellent dining experience
- Manage multiple tables with ease during peak hours
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all health and safety protocols
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of recent restaurant serving experience required
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and positive in a high-energy environment
- Knowledge of Tex-Mex or Latin cuisine is a plus
- Must be 18 and TABC certified (or willing to obtain)
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Must be available for nights and weekends
- Spanish speaking is a plus!
