Join Lam as a Business Operations Analyst, where you'll spearhead process improvement initiatives. - Support critical Spares Planning ramp activities for different tools and commodities.
- Provide support as needed for critical project needs such as Digital Transformation, Supply planning implementation.
- Work as an SME on Forecast and planning accuracy and drive improvements globally.
- Work with Spares and OF Planning management on Integrated Planning Solutions.
- Partner with Supply Chain to improve MRP signal stability and implement improvement plans and strategies.
- Work on advanced analytics projects such as text mining to develop insights supporting our demand and forecast.
- BSdegreein Engineering, Quality Management, Computer Science, related science, or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Eight (8) years' experience in a similar role.
- Proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis.
- Advanced Knowledge of SQLor other analytics tools.
- Demonstrated experience in Supply chain or demand planning or logistics.
- Ability to define problem statements and objectives, development of analysis and solution approach.
- Proven ability in leading, running, and directing large/complex projects for internal and external end-users from discovery through execution and support.
- Must be able to influence in a fast-paced, cross-functional, matrixed organization.
- Greatcommunication, collaboration, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability to present conclusions and recommendations to executive audiences.
- Excellent people skills and ability to work in matrix environment.
Salary
CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: Minb $86,000 - Max $202,000.
The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
