Resident Assistant (RA)
The Resident Assistant (RA) is a student leader who assumes major responsibilities in the Seahawk Landing student housing facility approximately 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining an atmosphere that fosters academic success, meaningful fun, and educational programming opportunities
- Supporting personal growth experiences for students
Requirements:
- Good academic standing
- Student conduct standing
- Ability to fulfill one full year in the position before graduating or transferring
