Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Excellence:
- Elevate Lamar's brand awareness by scheduling and managing content across key social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain a strong brand reputation by promptly addressing and resolving comments and messages.
- Run effective, clear, and engaging social media ad campaigns within budgetary constraints.
- Branded Merchandise Management:
- Order, manage, and distribute high-quality branded merchandise and promotional materials to dealers, end-users, and team members, ensuring alignment with Lamar’s values and marketing strategies.
- Content Development and Control:
- Oversee all written content for social media posts, the Lamar website, blog posts, newsletters, and printed materials to ensure messaging is interesting, clear, and helpful.
- Act as the editor for all marketing content, vetting every written word seen externally to maintain consistency with Lamar's brand voice.
- Create engaging newsletters and other notifications to keep dealers and end-users informed about products, company updates, and more.
- Event Planning and Promotion:
- Plan and coordinate marketing events such as NATDA, Expos, and Dealer Days, focusing on brand consistency.
- Support the promotion of internal team events, ensuring they align with Lamar’s corporate brand and values.
