- Conduct thorough tests and perform detailed inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Track quality assessments and identify any malfunctions or deviations from expected quality.
- Collaborate effectively with the plant manufacturing team and operations staff to enhance product quality.
- Follow products through the entirety of the manufacturing process to ensure each stage is executed correctly.
- Maintain accurate records of quality assurance data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper usage of all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform other related duties as necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to organize effectively and pay meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capable of thriving in a production environment.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and maneuver objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and continuously exposed to a manufacturing/industrial setting.
